This is the only exchange I rely on. It's secure, compliant, and quick. There's a fantastic team supporting it, and they're getting better all the time.

This app is way better than Binance! It's super easy to use and navigate. The customer service team is really quick to respond, whether you're chatting or emailing.

I made a transaction on December 15th, and they claim it could take as long as 48 hours. Well, it's been 120 hours now, and my cash is still with them. The customer service is terrible; all they do is tell fibs. Ilja from the support team is completely unprofessional and can't even clarify basic stuff. Steer clear of this company.

I won’t be the first and probably not the last to talk about this situation with this company, Blocktrade.
I had a case on 22.11.2022 regarding my withdrawal problems (I think it was even on 21.11.2022).
After I tried to withdraw 0.8 Ethereum (which was about 900€ at that time), they put it on manual review because their system flagged it and needed a closer look.
I messaged them every day, and all I got back was: "We don’t have any timeframe on this whatsoever" and "Our team is doing their best to resolve it ASAP, etc."
Since the day I withdrew my funds, my account has been locked (I can’t even log in) because it says my credentials are wrong.
When I reached out to support, they assured me everything was fine and that it’s just a standard procedure to avoid any risks.
So here’s the takeaway: Don’t put your money here if you can’t afford to lose it.
I really hope that by the end of this saga, I’ll get my funds back, but honestly, I’m not even sure. I hope the folks at Blocktrade are paying attention to these reviews and will start working on my case.

I can't believe how bad the support has been. I'm fed up with how the support team is handling my situation. I've been waiting for a reply for weeks, and my transactions have been stuck since 25/08. All I get are these automated replies that don’t answer my questions. Still haven’t seen my money returned!

This app is super simple to use and has no trading fees! 👌 The support from Blocktrade is lightning fast too; every time I've had a question, they got back to me in under thirty minutes. Their customer service is just fantastic!
